The All Japan Confectionery Association
The All Japan Confectionery Association was founded in 1961 and currently has more than 150 members within Japan, comprising companies engaged in confectionery and bakery production.
The aims of the Association are to engage in operations essential for its members on the basis of a spirit of mutual aid among members, and thereby to encourage independent economic activities on the part of members and to enhance the economic status of members. The Association is also the Japanese representative of t he International Union of Bakers and Confectioners (U.I.B.C.), an organization consisting of bakery and confectionery unions from all over the world.
